[V8] OEM cell phone release key

Went past a locksmith this AM and had him unlock the catch for the OEM 
analog phone in the trunk which no one will activate any more.

He came out with an ammo box FULL of keys to try - and it opened on the 
FIRST ONE!!!!!!

The blank is a Chicago 1041G, alternatively known as a CH1. (that's a 
"one", not a lower case l).

For the master files . . .  (no pun intended)
