[V8] Distributor rotors

I believe I recall that I was able to crack them off with some channel lock pliers. Was much less traumatic than I imagined.

Hammer/chisel/scrape off the old rotors (and all the little glue remnants) from the shafts, slip on the new rotors, using the set screw on both and reinstall. No problem interchanging glue/screw on left/right distributors.
