I will add Dremel to the list of devices used to remove the old rotor. I used
a cut off wheel and cut a line down both sides of the rotor then used a small
chisel to split the rotor in half. I liked this method as it didn't take as
much force to break the rotor. This method probably wouldn't work as well with
the disributors in the car but I had removed them for new seals anyway. My new
set screw type rotors did not come with the set screw so I had to run to the
hardware store, the screws I got were 10-32 and the shortest length they had
was 3/8 so I had to cut them down a bit. I had used lock washers but I think
I'll go back in and use locktite instead.

I also had to improvise on a tool for removal of the rack return hose. I
wasn't real happy with the long extension method (the firewall seemed to be in the
way) and I couldn't come up with an S shaped wrench so I heated up a regular
19mm combo wrench and bent it a little so that it gave me enough room to free
the banjo bolt up.
