[V8] GM Engine Cleaner

... ummm ... yes ... as I reported earlier, since I've run the SeaFoam stuff
through #344 it hasn't put out a single puff of blue smoke on hard accel.
I've driven the car to work and back in commute traffic and done some "fun
runs" where I keep my foot in it ... 

Time will tell though ... I remember when I ran that Marvel Mystery Oil in
the 5kCSQA to quiet down the lifters ... worked like a charm at first, but
after a few thousand miles the lifters were worse than they ever were
before!
