[V8] V8 timing belt

Is this the heat shield that bolts to the frame rail?  I don't recall anything there that was particularly challenging.  I wonder if I can see this on etka...

One swivel socket, two universals, two extensions, a magnet and some
electrical tape...and it's STILL a PITA.  I only put it back because my
friends said it couldn't be done.
