Yes, they are.  Alex Neckas has recently taken over the business from
Ned Ritchie, and is moving the base of operation from Olympia to
Woodinville.

Alex is a great guy to work with, not sure why there would be no
response on the phone...  Have you tried sending him an email? -
staff at intendedacceleration.com (he's kind of a night owl).
