[V8] Car Stumbles at Startup

Hi Guys,
 
New problem:  My car usually starts up no problem but lately when I turn
it on it will not hold idle and will stall if I do not give it gas
(while giving it gas, it seems like there is no gas going to the engine,
you know that dead, stumbling feeling in the peddle and then all of a
sudden gas is there) and I have to give it gas to stay on.  Once I have
given it gas for a few seconds it remains at idle no problem.  The car
does not stall while driving.  This is only on startup.  Any ideas???
