Although you may win in small claims court, as others
have said, getting him to pay the judgment may be
another matter.  If that happens, you might try this:
make up a big sign that says, "This company damaged
my car and charged me for work they didn't do. I won
the case in small claims court, but they refuse to pay.
Take your business elsewhere." Then park in front of
his business with the sign prominently displayed on
your car. I'm guessing he'll pay up. If you are
feeling real nasty, delete the last 9 words of the
sign and show up the next day, too.
