[V8] need legal advise

Another thought on the small claims issue.  If this guy is just some loser with one shop, he might not be able to afford to get a lawyer to appeal.  he is a lot less likely to have an attorney than a big megabucks car dealer.

There may also be other ways to report in addition to the BBB, so use them all.  Including the TV harrassers - they might have 5 other complainers about the same shop.
