[V8] loss of power

Kyle,

I blew my cat's up (literally) after flooding the car due to wet dist.
caps. I took them off and gave them the chisel method, put them back on
and have had no ill effects other than it beiing more throaty now. 
Definatly can cause a stumble or a lag -
