Follow David Head's procedure. The cam sprocket have no marking and is not
keyed. They are held in place by friction and the cam bolt. David
suggested hitting the cam sprocket with a plastic hammer or a piece of wood,
this will allow the cam to move independently of the cam sprocket.
Line up the mark on the crankshaft to TDC. Loosen the cam sprocket and
rotate the cam (Left cams) to get the distributor to the right mark. Then
tighten the cam sprocket. Or use the cam locking tools to get the cam back
in sync.
