I have two with them.
I like the service guys at the desks they are helpful, but the wheels behind
the scene scream AOA of yester year.
Audi Assured 99 Avant bought from them when they were still in Lawrence, days
before the move.
The rear caliper siezed (on an inspected car) wore through the pads, backing
plates and scored the rotor. They wanted $$$ to fix it. Since all three
others were fine I screamed BS. I bought rotors and pads from a list source and
they put them on and wanted to have me deal with the bleeding of the system
(which should be part of the brake caliper overhaul -or swap - R&R) In the end
they used my parts, warranteed the caliper and comped the brake bleed.

They have (to their credit) fixed a few gasket leaks and components on the 99
Avant under warranty. Some of the repairs would have been HUGE labor $$$.
$50 Audi assured. They were: Engine oil leaks at gaskets, several Audi
campaigns LQ and others (2) , brakes, washer fluid tank cracked, control arms one
side by one side done under warranty after three visits (which the latest
campaign is for....)
Even with all of this I'm still happy with the car.

Porsche 911 used from the same place.
Its like pulling teeth to get someone interested in looking at the obvious
inside tire wear at 5,000 miles to correct it. I am looking for at least
goodwill on that one.

Like a lister said: Even with two cars in two years and ~ $50,000 in
purchases, nothing special it seems like.
