[V8] RE: WOT - the return! Other minor problems 4.2 V8Q

I had the exact same thing happen. I found the stone before anything bad
happened but it was just sitting there waiting to kill me.

I remove the throttle body periodically now to clean and inspect.
There is a stud bearing there that could be binding too.
