[V8] Stories from the ditchline

Well,

    It may just be over - My love affair with the v8, that is.  Last
friday coming home from work, 65mph, rain, new front tires, old rears - go
to pass on the right, rear end kicks, then lets go, do a 180, hit the
ditch on the left and follow it for 150yds at 50+ mph.  The car would have
made it if it wasn't for the 2ft pot hole in the ditch line.  She may
still be salvagable, but we shall see, the rear is stoved up about 1in.  I
may want to sell the car for rebuild or for parts, anyone interested just
let me know.  It was a great car- 186k, new seals on engine and tranny
that ran and shifted strong.
