[V8] Battery discharge issue...

There is some sort of relay on that circuit. It's located near the top of
the left fender inside the trunk. That's where the bulb-out warning relay
is located.
I bet if you pull the trunk liner out on the left side and look at the
wiring, you'll see someone made some sort of splice in there. Has the car
got a trailer hitch? Any sign one has been in place? The best hint is
that the attachment point for the tow hook has to be removed to install a
hitch. The other possibility is that the left light was damaged and the
wiring not repaired properly.
