[V8] Re: auto trans hard shift into 2nd - update

The 1-2 shift has returned to normal.  I drove the car a lot the next
day and finally did add about half of the "extra" pint, although I
don't think that mattered.  It drove fine all last week and then I did
another drain and refill on Saturday, this time with MaxLife.

The MaxLife came in 4 quart-bottles and  I measured each one with the
same measuring cup.  Either they consistently overfill by about a
third of a cup or my measuring cup is wrong.  Each quart bottle filled
my measuring cup to the same point, now marked on the cup.  This time
I just poured all four in.

Interestingly, the amount that drained out this time was exactly what
I had put in... my four measured quarts, plus the half-pint that I
added later.

The trans seems to shift noticeably smoother now.  The next step will
be to pull the pan and clean the filter, etc.  I'll use MaxLife for
one more fill and then switch to Mobil 1 synth.
