 The BFGoodrich gods gave me a present like that once....a 10/12mm open end 
wrench...unfortunately it was sticking through the middle of the tread of an 
under 500 mile old All Terrain Radial. Took two plugs to fill that hole but I 
never did have a problem with that tire again and the wrench has come in handy 
more than once.
