[V8] 02 sensor finale

So, I'm going to replace mine after my broken distributor mishap.  First, what is the Bosch number of the generic 4 wire that will work in the V8?  Second, is it fine to ground it to the shock tower, or should I ground it to the engine?  (Yes, I saw the discussion, but work has my brain fried.)  
I hopefully get the car back tonight with a new power steering pump, righted control arm (have to get it aligned again) and maybe even 8 running cylinders.  Made the mistake of leaving the distributor cap off when I started it to get it on the trailer, so #5 wire was cut in two.  Magnecor is sending me a replacement, for a small fee.  I won't do that again.
