[V8] e-brake adjustment

... before messing around with the cable check the return springs at the
rear calipers ... this is a pretty well known T44 shortcoming, but the first
time I saw it was on #2 ... the e-brake wasn't holding the car well even at
full extension.  I think that the limited range may have impacted the
self-adjustment mechanism ... or maybe it was something else ... 

My fuzzy recollection on the big list was that there was some European Ford
part that was compatible ... I'd do an archive search for "Granada" ...
might get you the details.  Me, the cheap ba$#@rd that I am, I took the
return spring from the car and tried to make it provide a bit more tension
on the cable ... so far, so good!
