[V8] Throttle sticking at 1800 rpm

The only other things I can think of are dirty butterfly valves inside
the throttle body (not allowing them to close all the way) and a vacuum
leak (not allowing the ISV to do its job). I had all of these issues
plus a bent cruise control linkage...

You already hit on the other 'mechanical' items such as throttle cable,
cruise control linkage, etc.

If it is really bothering you, I will 'take one for the team' and trade
you my '90 Automatic, which idles beautify might I add... ;-)

Good luck,

- Jeremy

I forgot to add I cleaned out the ISV last week -- but that didn't solve
the
problem.
