[V8] Creaking from rear suspension - upgrading the suspension bits?

Get under the car at least once a year and hit all the rubber bits with
silicone spray.  Will add years to their useful life, give you a chance
to inspect them and stop most of the squeaks and moans not emanating from
the back seat....
