[V8] Steering Rack R&R Procedure

Oh, Oh.  I didn't think it was, but I understand it's a real bear.  So much
so that my local tech has it loose, but can't get it out ('91 servotronic)
and thinks he may have to lower the tranny :-(    Something about a plate???

But I'll let Keith pipe in...

I've done a rack on a 5000 turbo, is it that much different or more
difficult on the V8?
