[V8] Dealer brake saga

Talk to the service advisor and wee if they will re-do the job and ask to
talk to Phi (sounds like Fee). I think he may be the master tech at
University. Either way, he's very good. He also will talk to the customer
and find out what's going in. I don't know who this kid was who did the
work, but UVAS service is usually really good.
