No, no, no...  I'd do a 4.2 into a B3/4 body like Nate, but mine would be a Cabrio. >:o)  It would be a bear trying to stuff a Quattro driveline in there, though.

*If* I had the time, talent, and money (sadly 0 for 3),
I'd put a V8 into a C4 body Avant.  To keep the local
emissions testers happy, I'd go for a '93 4.2L into a
'93 100 Avant. I'd have cargo capacity in a real sleeper.
Then my only decision would be 5-speed manual or 4-speed
automatic.
