[V8] Real world V8 mpg

This is more like what I see...
Winter mileage is worse at 13 to 15 - but the motor loves cold air.
Summer mileage is 15 to 17.
My commute is about 10 miles with lots of stop and go.
These numbers may both go up now that I don't leak fuel onto the ground and I
have an 8 cylinder motor as opposed to a 7 & 1/2.
It has been a long time since I have done a road trip in the V8 - but low 20s is
probably what I get in the mountains and mid 20s on the freeway at wife friendly
speeds.
