Hello again.
After spending the winter in the garage, the beast developed a frozen
throttle linkage syndrom. I recall someone dealing with a similar problem lately.
I removed the throttle body at the front of the engine and it's now working fine.
Where I have a problem, is removing the actuating rod that goes inside the intake
manifold. I cannot pull it out towards the back because it hits the bulkhead,
it won't go out through the front either because the bracket is too big.
Is there a way of separating the bracket from the rod or are they one piece? I'm afraid
of breaking
something, a new "accelerator lever shaft" 077-133-085A is Can.$ 983.00!
TIA
Radek
