[V8] Power steering leak

If you determine the hoses are not leaking, then the pump needs new seals.
Kits are available for rebuilds that include a front seal for the shaft and
a bunch of O Rings for both the area between the two bodies (pump comes
apart in the middle) and the openings under the mushroom caps. Best
descriptions of pump resealing are in the Bentley for the '89-'91 200
models. I can send you images of those pages if you can't find the info
elsewhere. Pump kits used to be under $20, but prices have gone up to
around $30, I believe. Many of the Audifans favorite suppliers can get you
the pump kit. It's best to have a press for removing the pulley flange
from the shaft and you definitely need a modified 1/2" drive "drag link
socket" that's usually available at Sears to take the mushroom caps off.
