[V8] aiming V8 Eurolights?

Well, the patient is pretty much recovered after the timing belt-a-thon,
and so am I . . . bruises, cuts and scrapes healing, grease gone from under
fingernails, all appropriate profanities ("verbal tools") put away.
Just a few items left (re-plumb the HL washers, change one corner bulb,
that kind of stuff).
Question - what is the procedure for correctly aiming V8 Eurolights?
Start with a flat, level surface, facing something like a vertical garage
door (I can do that).
Make a pair of masking tape "+"s on the wall - how high, how far apart?
Put car how far from the door?
The little knobs adjust the low beam side to side and up and down - how do
I adjust the high beams (or do I just laser oncoming traffic into oblivion)?
Any tricks I ought to know, or that belong in the V8 archives?
Best Regards,
Mike Arman
90 V8, not just a car, an ADVENTURE!
