[V8] V8 kickdown

Hi Jeremy I was wondering the same thing except I have noticed when I 
kick it over to sport mode that it will kick down and go. When in 
economy it will not kick down do  you think this is related or what? I 
am just wondering beacuse part of it works and part of it does not.
