[V8] V8 kickdown

I don't have an automatic, but I seem to recall there is a firmware difference -
something that the dealer could program into the transmission controller.

AFAIK, the transmissions did not change mechanically for the entire run of the
V8 model.

Then again - this could be worthless and meaningless drivel...
