[V8] turbo v8

I for certain am no expert on this matter Sean -
but AFAIK, there are no OEM or aftermarket pistons available for the V8 weather
it be a 3.6 or 4.2. In fact, I don't think you can buy ANY bottom end parts for
a V8. (meaning crank, bearings, rods or pistons)
This is due to the "siliconized aluminium" cylinder bore. The pistons have a
special plating that apparently only elves can apply deep in the Black Forest.

Look before you leap with this motor.
