[V8] Rear muffler

Does anyone know if the V8 and 200 20V share the same rear muffler?  The
respective Bentleys shows exactly the same diagram for the two in addition
to showing exactly the same measurements for cutting and pasting the rear
when separating it from the system for R&R.  Needless to say both systems
are 2 pipes in and out of the muffler.
