[V8] Rear muffler

ETKA shows the same middle muffler for V8/200 (3B)  with a different rear
silencer part number.  The difference, I think, is in the body designation
(447 vs. 441) and in the suffix.  I'd bet they're pretty similar
dimensions.  ETKA also shows a set of the same sleeves that connect the
middle muffler and cats between the middle muffler and rear silencer.  My
200q20v came with the sleeves between the two mufflers and both our V8s
were that way too.  An assembly that incorporated the two mufflers and
piping would be very heavy and way too awkward to ship.  If you find a car
without the sleeves I'd bet that some muffler shop welded them up that way.
