[V8] Muffler

My guess on the sleeves is that if you have them, your looking at a
replaced rear muffler.  One of my 20Vs has them, the other not (with no
welded seams apparent).  My V8 is in the shop so I can't look!  At the end
of the day I'm looking for and end run around the non existent 20v Avant
rear muffler.
