[V8] PRND321 Display problem

The V8's IC uses rigid PCBs which means that the solder joints don't get 
flexed as much.  I wouldn't expect there'd be many bad solder joints.  The 
Achilles' Tendon of the V8 IC is that it is composed of many small PC Boards 
with a whole bunch of interconnects.  I suppose some of them could be 
eliminated by using soldered in ribbon cables, but the ones that connect and 
disconnect when the IC is disassembled are difficult to replace.
