If you want to ditch the UFOs and are going with wheels that are larger than 15" get a set of brakes that work with larger rotors ... like BIRA ... 

... I know that I chuckle when I see a set of tiny rotors and calipers showing through those big fancy wheels!  With the new brakes you can have the calipers painted/anodized to look good too ...
