[V8] Obtaining Mobil DTE-13M

My local Shell  distributor's hydraulic oils department says their Shell
Tellus T32 matches the specs for DTE-13.  I use Tellus 32 (lacks the "T" in
its description) in my tractor hydraulics.  Guy said the "T" designates a
higher quality oil with additives to make it maintain its viscosity
properties over a wider range of temperatures.  The "T" stuff is $42 a
five-gallon pail.
