[V8] 90 V8 Has Nazi Gremlins

So the engine is running and just stop after 15 minutes.

1. Does the engine restart after this??
2. When cranking the engine does the tach bounce?

If the answer is no to both questions, then I would say "Someone needs a new 
rpm sensor"
