Its interesting that you raise this question. I say that only because
I have often wondered the same thing, but have never been able to
validate the concept. I have seen some extreme examples of this on
inexpensively personalized cars; generally I have given these vehicles
more distance than usual for fear that a wheel might fall off ;-) I
don't actually know if this is true.
