[V8] Sticky Torque Converter Solenoid

Now I'm starting to wonder. The TC always lets go under about 40 MPH it's
just that it kind of hangs on when I first let off the gas, and only when
it's cold. And then only after about the first 10 miles until the trans
totally warms up. Maybe I'll just have to start poking around in there
