[V8] Wipers turning on automatically

Before getting complicated, try the easy, loosen up the two halves of the
plastic column protector and spray some contact cleaner around the stock
connectors.  You might also want to pull the cowl cover off and check for
a chaffed wire, I had this happen on the 5KS (same setup), on the 5KS the
wipers would either come on by themselves or blow the fuse.
