[V8] V8 stall downhill in gear

... as you can infer from my post, both my 5-speed cars show the "---"
display ... sometimes even when I don't want them to ... ;-)

I would not suspect the computer ... not right away at least ... the
first thing I'd do is check to make sure that the idle switch is closing
when the throttle is at idle ... you could have a gunked up TB or
adjustment issue with the TB or TPS ...
