[V8] another heater core veteran - the Eclip and felt washer

I think it's supposed to go under the white plastic cover on the passenger 
side of the HVAC box.
Not on a white plastic flap but one of the black ones I think.  Was sort 
of a PITA.

I did not have to break-anything to get it out, although it's certainly 
tight.
I did not remove the hood, because I'm too lazy.
