Well, it doesn't matter whether or not the radiator is blocked up.  It runs at nearly the same temp whether 17 or 70.  I'm going to go back to the idea of either the air temperature sensor or the MAF (?) being bad.  I'm going to wrap the temp sensor's wires with electrical tape and inspect for broken wire this weekend, barring cold weather and snow.  I will also try to resolder the connection.  If that isn't it, what's the part number for a new one?
Also, if any other ideas come up, let me know.
