[V8] hours to replace wires

Fellow V8ers,

I'm having my distributor caps, rotors, wires and plugs replaced today.  I'm 
looking for how many hours it should take for my mechanic to remove the old 
parts and install the new ones .  Also, per Alldata when they say replace 
does that include the removal ?

If I'm looking at Alldata

Distributor caps 1.3
Plugs                   .9
Rotors               1.3
wires                 1.6

4.1 hours

My mechanic was saying somethin like 2 1/2 hours plus a tune up?  What's the 
deal?
