[V8] Help!!!: Mercedes ML320 16" Rims for Audi V8

All,

I have a great opportunity to buy the above referenced rims for dirt
cheap.  They are 16x8's and I think that the offset and 5 lug pattern is
the same as our cars.  The tires are a bit big (255/65/16) so I would
need to buy tires...any thoughts???  Your quick responses are
appreciated.  I am in dire need of rims (one is bent) and I will need
new rear tires real soon.  If this is a *Bad* idea *please* let me know.
