[V8] V8 Timing belt time/cost

So does anyone have a complete parts list for doing it *right*, and the 
best places to buy them?

Also comments on OEM vs aftermarket parts - I understand I want an OEM belt 
and water pump, plus the friction plate that is available only OEM - what 
else has a preferred source?
