My $.02

My V8 runs a 17" a6 4.2 wheel ( 11 spokes, made by speedline, very very
cool wheels)
I originally ran the Bridgestone potenza RE730 in a 235/40/17, and I
was really happy, until one de-laminated, replaced under warranty. then
I picked up a bungee cord in another, then during checkup found that
two more were seperating. And then the right front completely let
go.... Arghhhh well, that was enough, since the 730's weren't made
anymore, and the tire shop wouldn't sub in the newer model on only one
axle (can't blame em though) So I went to a different tire, in my case
the Yokahama AVS ES1000.
I cant believe the difference, the 730's were so loud compared to the
Yokahama's, night and day difference. Ride quality seemed to improve
as well, even though I'm running H&R springs, and Bilstien shocks, I
noticed a difference. Also great in the Wet....
