[V8] Hmmm. Looks like the snow only helped to dislodge my acc belt

After having the access belt come off as I plowed throught the driveway
yesterday in the V8, I let the snow melt in the garage until I could get a
better (read: less messy) look. Hmm, I thought the belt was routed
correctly, but it couldn't be, as there wasn't any tension. After looking
at the diagram in the manual I checked again and suspected the belt damper o
be the culprit. Sprayed a bit of lube on the damping rod and 13mm socket
and got the damper to exert the proper tensioning force (maybe not proper,
but certainly more than nothing). So it's time to get a new damper. Also
explains why periodically the power assist would go out on parking
manuevers...
