[V8] Drove Through Snow and others

I worked at a rental car place years ago, and Chryslers with the 3.0L mitsu 
engine would throw the belt all the time when customers drove them in deep 
snow. Probably not what the manufacturer had in mind.

>From what I understand the reason for the belly pan was to reduce noise and 
help aerodynamics. Of course the brake ducts are helpful also. I don't think 
many manufacturers plan on people driving through deep snow (although I love 
to) when designing their cars. Most people won't, and you can see this when 
they shovel before pulling out of their driveways.
